Quality Standards – Looks Good in the Box

Our working quality standard is “Looks good in the box”. I recently did a project where the customer picked up loose foam insert and he was going to glue it in the box himself. He said that I should charge him less since I don’t have to glue it in. I told him that I should be charging him more because not only does it have to look good in the box, it also has to look good out of the box.
